STEP 1: PICK YOUR SHIRT

We currently stock brands like Gildan, Bella & Canvas, Next Level, American Apparel and more. The shirt you choose will depend on the occasion. Youth, Adult Unisex, Adult Female Cut, V-Necks, Long Sleeves, Sweatshirts and more available.  Keep in mind that your design will be printed on the largest and smallest shirt in your order unless you opt for an upgrade.

Choosing different shirt colors can make your order fun! There are no fees to order more than one color shirt as long as the ink color stays the same (Step 2).

STEP 2: PICK YOUR INK + COLOR

  • High Quality Inks.
  • Achieving bright colors on dark garments typically requires a base layer, which is billed as an additional color.
  • Custom mix Pantone colors are available.
  • Please expect a 20% difference in color tones when choosing Pantone colors for dark garment discharge prints.

STEP 3: ARTWORK

The design is the most important part of the process. Follow these guidelines for a quick turnaround. 

  • Preferred file type: .ai, .psd, .png or .jpeg
  • Resolution: 300 dpi at print size
  • Size: your design needs to fit between 12.5 inches wide x 15 inches tall
  • The printing costs are determined by your custom design and the quantity that you order. 
  • Yes, there are less expensive options and we will always give you the knowledge to make the best project decisions based on your budget.
  • The type of ink that is used depends on all the details of the design and the options you choose in step 1 & 2.
  • If you don’t have a design, or if you need something added to your existing design, we can help!
  •  Adding a second or third placement will increase the price per item
  • Our normal turnaround time is 9 business days. Need something quicker? Let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen. 

QUANTITY MINIMUMS

  • ONE COLOR INK = 12 ITEM MINIMUM
  • TWO COLOR OR ONE COLOR WITH A 2ND LOCATION = 24 ITEM MINIMUM
  • 3 OR MORE COLORS (UP TO 6) OR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WITH MULTIPLE COLOR INKS = 36 ITEM MINIMUM
  • PROCESS PRINTING (4 INK COLORS –  CMYK) MINIMUM OF 50 ITEMS
